"Great service, fast fitting and friendly staff
Excellent service. Cleaned up all the glass, fitted a temp Perspex window in and arranged a weekend call out to my house to fit glass window. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again."

"Repair and replace
Had a leaking front windscreen. When I arrived the fitter took one look at the car and knew exactly where it was. Removed and replaced it, polished it up better than new and for half the price I was quoted by Autoglass. Thoroughly impressed by the service and professionalism. Thanks."

"Helpful, Competitive & Reliable
Rang my insurance company who put me through to their preferred repairer, only to be informed that it would be 4 days before they could get to me, outrageous!!
I contacted Capital Windscreens, who were very professional on the phone, asking me to send a photo of the windscreen to make sure they were quoting for the correct glass.
After making numerous calls to other windscreen companies, I contacted Capital Windscreens, who were the most competitive, and could carry out the replacement same day.
The Fitters arrived at the time I was told and carried out the replacement in a very professional manner and were very polite.
I would have no problems recommending Capital Windscreens to all my friends & family."

"Windscreen replacement 10/10
I recently had a cracked windscreen in my Nissan Micra. I contacted Capital Windscreens who were extremely helpful and efficient. They offered me a home visit or it could be done in their workshop in Spring-vale Industrial Estate Cwmbran. I have to say I was treated like royalty, almost a welcome committee when I arrived. The job was done in no time at all. At the same time I mentioned that my husband had a problem with the windscreen on his Mitsubishi Shogun. In no time at all they had contacted the insurance company on our behalf and sorted everything seamlessly for us. When my husband took the Shogun in, he took with him our nephew who has learning difficulties, I was overwhelmed with the kindness they showed my nephew, showing him around and making him feel very special. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them as an efficient and professional company."

"Great service from start to finish
This company is second to none. From start to finish I received outstanding service. After being messed around by another company to have my rear quarter window replaced I contacted Jamie at Capital and he helped no end to provide the service I had been looking for. Arron came to fit the new replacement glass and what a guy. Fast, friendly and just an all round top guy. From what I can see, every layer of this company is beyond brilliant, from the customer service to the actual service. Would seriously recommend to anybody. Thanks Capital Windscreens!"

Can't recommend enough. No other company, including Autoglass could do anything for 2 weeks. Capital did it in under 24hrs and that included me giving them the wrong information resulting in them ordering the wrong windscreen and having to change it!

"Rear window smashed
My rear window was smashed on my Audi, was told by my insurance company that it would take 2 days to be done. Took my car to Capital and had it back within 3 hours. Friendly people and very helpful!"

"Thank you Capital Windscreens! Best service around!
On Sunday my car was broken into smashing the back drivers window. I contacted the police who advised to contact either Autoglass or my insurance in the morning to check my policy. My insurance was no help what so ever as I didn't have my details to hand (details were in Manchester where I live and I was staying at my boyfriends in Cardiff). 
I was also afraid of leaving my car where it was in case the people that broke the glass tried to steal the car. 
I searched on google and came across Capital Windscreens and body glass Ltd. To say they were helpful is an understatement. They stored my car overnight at their facility and had the car clean and ready with a new window by 12:00pm the next day. The price was the best quoted. For an incident that was horrible to experience, Capital Windscreens were so helpful and understanding and went above and beyond.
I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!

"Excellent, Professional and Best Value service.
I received an excellent service from Capital Windscreens and are most certainly best value and very professional. I was kept updated on a daily basis by the Manager and his colleagues and they sent photographs of work that was required on our car at various stages. "Happy Customer!!
When my mother's car was broken into, I knew exactly who to contact to get it fixed!!"
Having used Capital Windscreens before I contacted them and as I was in work and my mother didn't feel safe driving the car, they came to the house collected the car and took it to their premises for repair.
Not only did they replace the broken window, they gave the inside a good hovering and cleaned all the windows before returning the car to her house.
